John Marshall and Judicial Review
John Marshall is the most early supreme court chief justice. He is the most famous midnight judge appointed by John Adams and is there for advocating federalist. John Marshall favors strong centralized government and business and because of that his decision in Marbury vs Madison is that supreme court has the power to overturn laws made by congress if the supreme court gets the majority vote. Judicial Review claims that the supreme court has the power to overturn laws made by congress if the supreme court gets the majority vote.
